Grounded by a single, calcified barnacle, the smooth gray stone holds the heavy memory of saltwater tides. It is a piece of the rugged coastline, anchoring a delicate balancing act between the sea and the sky.

From this tidal foundation springs a lone, angular fish, carved with stark, geometric strikes of the blade. It rests on a tightly coiled brass spring, trembling with the kinetic energy of a fish about to break the surface. Arching gracefully from its back is a slender, curved wire, suspending a tiny wooden bird that hovers just ahead of its path.

When the air shifts in the room, the static wood suddenly awakens. The heavy fish dips and rolls on its tether, sending the tiny bird into a sweeping, frantic orbit. It is a captured moment of the wild coastal chase—two figures locked in an endless, rhythmic dance over a salt-weathered stone.
